UIT Global Scholarship from the University of Information Technology

Introduction

The University of Information Technology (VNU-HCM) is launching the UIT Global foreign language learning encouragement scholarship program starting from the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year. The program aims to encourage students to improve their foreign language proficiency to meet the demands of international integration.

Eligibility

• Full-time undergraduate students (first degree) currently studying at the university under regular, talent, and advanced programs.
• Not subject to disciplinary action at the reprimand level or higher at the time of consideration.
• Good moral character, a sense of community responsibility, and a valid Health Insurance card.

Benefits

• Scholarship values range from 6,000,000 VND to 16,000,000 VND depending on the type of foreign language certificate (English IELTS/TOEFL iBT or Japanese JLPT/NAT TEST) and the submission time.
• Students who submit their certificates within the first 2 semesters receive 100% of the scholarship value.
• Students who submit their certificates from the 3rd to the 6th semester receive 75% of the scholarship value.
• Each student is only eligible to receive the UIT Global scholarship once during their course of study.

Requirements

• Foreign language certificates must be valid at the time of registration.
• Certificates must be submitted within the first 06 semesters from enrollment.

How to Apply

• Register and verify your certificate at the Academic Affairs Portal.
• Check the expiration date of your Health Insurance and update your bank account information in your student profile.
