Coteccons Young Talent Program 2026 (CYTP26) is a pioneering talent engineer training program organized by Coteccons, exclusively for 4th-year students in Construction and M&E fields across universities in Northern Vietnam. The program is designed to equip young engineers with practical knowledge and build a solid promotion roadmap.
