Introduction

The Coteccons Young Talent Program (CYTP) is the first talented engineer training program dedicated to 3rd and 4th-year students majoring in Construction and MEP (Mechanical and Electrical). The inaugural 2026 edition offers opportunities to accumulate knowledge, gain hands-on experience at major construction sites, and build a solid launchpad for the future careers of young engineers.

Target Participants

Students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and International University under VNU-HCM.
Currently in their 3rd and 4th year in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, and Electrical - Electronics departments.
Cumulative GPA of 2.5/4 or higher.
Good English proficiency, active in extracurricular activities, and eager to learn in the construction industry.
