2026 Bulgarian Government Full Scholarship

Introduction

The Ministry of Education and Training announces admissions for studying in Bulgaria under the 2026 bilateral agreement. The program offers full scholarships for Vietnamese citizens to study Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral degrees, and internship programs at public higher education institutions in Bulgaria.

Eligibility

• High school seniors in Vietnam in grade 12 with good academic performance in high school and university admission results for 2026.
• Officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers with a working period of at least 12 months or more.
• Graduates of domestic or foreign universities or master's programs who meet the academic performance and age criteria according to regulations.

Benefits

• The Bulgarian Government waives tuition fees at public universities, provides health insurance, arranges dormitory accommodation, and grants scholarships according to regulations.
• The Vietnamese Government provides a one-way airfare for departure and return, passport and visa fees, travel fees, and supplementary living allowances according to current regulations.

Requirements

• Be a Vietnamese citizen with good moral character and sufficient health to study abroad.
• Have not applied for any other scholarship program at the same time.
• Commit to completing the training program and returning to work at the nominating agency or according to the State's requirements.
• Can only register for 01 major and must not arbitrarily change the major or training institution.
